Thank you for visiting my web site. It is designed to give you an idea of the work I do, what clients say about working with me, and what I have written and done professionally.
I have been an Organizational Development Consultant and Executive Coach for 17 years. I am a native English speaker and have lived and worked in Germany since August of 2005.
I have worked with hundreds of clients in very different organizations (please see my bio) in very different ways. Most of my work is with organizational leaders trying to solve intractable workplace conflicts, motivated to undertake organizational transitions, and wishing to better develop and manage their careers. I also work individually with entrepreneurs, salespeople, and consultants seeking to build their practices and attract new clients and customers.
